This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information that are collected by Preservation Company on its web and social media sites (“Sites”), and how we use and protect it. This Privacy Policy applies only to Preservation Company Sites.  It does not apply to any websites owned by third parties, even if those websites can be accessed via links on the Sites.

The information we collect.

The Sites you entered may collect some or all of these types of Personal Information through a questionnaire or a registration/contact form. How information is used/possible information sharing.

Non-personally identifiable information that is collected may be used to compile aggregate and statistical data and to measure Site activity to allow us to update our Site to better meet user expectations.

Preservationcompany.com may utilize non-personal data on an aggregate level for the purpose of performing analytics on the users’ experience while visiting the Sites.  This analysis does not identify you or your information personally.  A third-party vendor acting on behalf of preservationcompany.com may be used in this analysis.  Any information that is provided to a third-party vendor is to be used only for the purpose of performing analytics and compiling reports of the data.  The third-party vendor is restricted from using this data in any other way other than to provide these services to Preservation Company and they may not share or resell this data. Personal Information that you provide to us in the course of submitting a request, comment, question, etc. (such as via our “contact” page) may be gathered and stored in one or more of our corporate databases and be used for purposes of contacting you for things like marketing programs or other communications from this website or other Preservation Company programs and services.

Preservation Company reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use at any time on the Website. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
